Inhabiting Painting
→I wondered if there was a way to be inside of paintings.
I didn’t want to build walls and then paint on them, as with an installation or a mural.
I used traditional building materials and techniques but replaced the secondary structure with stretcher bars and the building skin with oil paintings on linen.
